Using mobile devices, we can efficiently map your assets and build up a comprehensive maintenance history. Pre-configured inspection templates and inventory lists mean each component is assessed and nothing gets missed. QR Codes on the equipment link to information about each component being inspected and launch the relevant inspection template for that asset.

We can also create an ultrasonic table for each inspection point that integrates all our inspection methods into one fully integrated inspection plan.

Full Visibility of Your Assets

From your client portal, you can see 3PI’s inspection reports, view recommendations for future inspections, and maintenance recommendations. Then, when the maintenance is carried out it can be checked off, contributing to a verifiable maintenance history, which is important not just for the reliability of your equipment, but also for meeting regulatory obligations and as support for insurance claims.
